The management of a Slovak property can be a real hassle and headache for investors in Slovakia - a good property management company is essential.

In Slovakia we provide a full "Hands-off" property management service for investors - this means we do absolutely everything for the investor (except pay the mortgage!). For example:
    - we pay all your bills directly from our account so you don't have to even think about them

Not only is this less hassle for the owner but it saves you bank fees and makes the end of year accounting much easier.
