How is the Romanian Rental Market?
Romania has always had a fairly fragmented rental market.
In the early days good quality accommodation could command high rental yields.
These yields have gradual fallen in recent years until 2009 saw a large amount of supply come onto the market
and rental prices crashed 50%.
In the short term we don't see any significant improvements in the rental market in Romania, particularly in Bucharest and Brasov,
where current economic realities are tough.
