Selene was built by the property developer Progress.

Selene is located on Gen Mihail Savov street, in the Lyulin district of Sofia in the north-west of the city. A metro station is close to the development meaning the city centre is only 10mins away by either public transport or by car. The area around Selene is already estabilished with typical ammenities and is undergoing further regeneration which will raise the standard of the area over the coming years, however it will always be a lower cost location.
