Zelene Udoli is located on Za Valem street in Kunratice, Prague 4.

The Zelene Udoli development is connected by bus to the city centre and a metro station 5 minutes bus away. The area is less sought after than some others, and has a very high population density and many panelaks. It is however close to a large hospital and a short drive from out of town business parks such Chodov Centrum.

Tenants are typically lower to middle class, who can afford that bit quality than what one of the nearby panelaks offer.
