Avenium Residence is being built by the property developer Airflats Avenium.

Avenium Residence is located on Na Maninach and V Haji streets, in Holesovice, in Prague 7.

Holesovice is a rapidly transforming area just across the river from the city centre. Formerly comprising many old industrial buildings and river wharfs Holesovice is becoming a much more pleasant place in which to live. Avenium Residence is just a short walk from both the river and a tram stop. The tram takes you to a metro and train station within 5 minutes.
