White Tower, Hradec Kralove

White Tower is being built by in conjunction with AAAbyty, and is known as Hradecky Dvur in Czech.

White Tower is located on Kollarova and Haskova streets in Hradec Kralove.

The White Tower development is just a few minutes walk from the main railway station, the bus station and the old town centre. There is very little new build near the centre of Hradec Kralove, and given White Towers location demand should be healthy.

Tenants are are not as wealthy as in Prague, and if they are they tend to buy. Typically tenants for White Tower will be middle class.
