Property Management - Completion Service
When buying a property off-plan a number of things need to happen in order to transfer the property from the
developer to you the new owner.
Hence, we have designed an effective Completion Service which looks after all of the details.
All clients who take our "hands-off" property management service get our completion service automatically.
Our Completion Service includes:
1. Snagging of the property
- we provide a full snagging report and photos to each investor to make sure there are no issues with the apartment when the investor takes ownership
2. Transfer of the utility bills into the investors name

it is common in many Central & Eastern European countries for all of the utility bills to be in the name of the owner.
This gives the owner more control over the property. However, at the start of property ownership all of the utility companies
must be contacted and the billing process set up.
3. Set up of the service charges for the property

if buying an apartment the owner must pay services charges every month to the owners committee that is set up to look after
the running of the building (eg common parts, lifts, cleaning, mail boxes, doors, rubbish, roof etc).
4. Property & Garbage Tax registration

many countries have an annual real estate tax. In such countries the property must be registered for this tax and payment made,
otherwise owners can incur large fines.
5. Arranging property insurance (if required)

if you do not already have property insurance it is highly advisable to get some, we can arrange this for you.
6. Key pick up service

buying a property will inevitably mean keys are involved, keys such as ones for the apartment, the building, storage, garage
and mailbox all need to be collected and kept track of.
