There may be the potential for higher growth rates in Polands third tier cities. Examples of which are: Szczecin, Bialystok, Bydgoszcz, Gliwice, Plock, Rzeszow and Lublin.
These cities are more risky and will have less support services for the foreign investor. Prices tend to be lower than in the major cities and their economies less well developed. This gives these locations locked up potential but not without higher risks and uncertainty.
These are perhaps places to avoid for most individual foreign investors in the short term.
