An oasis in Wroclaw by Dom Development
29th Sept 2008
Sale of units in Dom Development's first investment outside Warsaw has begun.
Dom Development, a housing developer active primarily in Warsaw, has entered the Wroclaw market with the launch of sales at its Osiedle Oaza development. This is Dom Development's first investment outside Warsaw.
The estate will be located on ul. Nyska in the Krzyki district of Wroclaw, close to the city center. Realization of the project is planned in two stages, completion of which is scheduled for Q1 and Q3 of 2010. The project features 460 units located in four six-storey, L-shaped buildings that will surround a courtyard. The design of Osiedle Oaza was prepared by AP Szczepaniak, the same architectural studio that designed the Arkady Wroclawskie shopping center.
The development will also provide a private park with a creek and playground. Retail and service outlets will be located on the premises and ground-floor apartments will have their own mini-gardens, included in the price of the apartment. The units now on sale range from 28.7-101.4 sqm, most of which are "four-room dwellings." Units will be sold in one of three turnkey standards.
"We bring our best standards to Wroclaw, standards which our clients have appreciated since we started operations. I am sure our offer, which is aimed at people who appreciate proximity to the city and a peaceful atmosphere, will find its fans," said Jaroslaw Szanajca, chairman of Dom Development's board.
Prices range from zl.6,900 to 10,900 per sqm. An underground parking garage with 450 spaces will be constructed and each parking space costs zl.25,000. There will also be 28 storage areas, for zl.5,500 each. The entire Osiedle Oaza estate will be gated and monitored. Erbud is serving as general contractor on the project.
