Property Management

The management of a foreign property can be a real hassle and headache for investors in the Czech Republic - a good Czech property management company is essential.

Our office in Prague provides a full "Hands-off" Czech property management service for investors - this means we do absolutely everything for the investor. For example:
    - we pay all your bills directly from our client account so you don't have to even think about them
    - electricity, gas, service charges, maintenance - we take care of it all
