Sim Property Group is run by Simon Tweddle and his multi-national team of property experts.

Simon's passion is investing (evident by his growing pan-European property portfolio) and helping other do the same with only first rate investments and subsequent hands-off property management services. Simon, and his team, have extensive knowledge of international property markets and consequently is a sought after speaker at property investment events in the UK, Ireland and beyond. He is an active media contributor to a number of residential and commercial magazines, newspapers and as well as TV & radio, lending his expert advice to a number of subjects.

Simon's background includes Management & IT consultancy in a wide range of industries before working fulltime in the property industry - his real passion. Simon studied Aerospace Engineering at Imperial College, London, speaks a number of European languages and travels extensively.
